Hi David  -
 
I thought I would just take this opportunity to tell you so that you can pass it on to Gordon what a fantastic show we have just watched at The Morecambe Dome on Friday 3rd October 2008.
 
We watched him at the World's Greatest Elvis show at Bolton and found ourselves wanting more !! so we came straight home and looked at his website for his tour dates, and then found a local one for us at the Morecambe venue.
 
We went as a family of  5 and where actually lucky enough to meet him after the show, we had a chat with him and had some photographs taken, we even got his autograph, what a great opportunity for us, he was such a lovely guy nothing was too much trouble for him even after his show, he must have been tired after his performance (even though there wasn't a drop of sweat to be seen !!) but he still gave us time, it shows what a nice guy he is.
 
His performance was fantastic, such an entertainer and quite funny at times, he was having such fun with his band, they were all so relaxed, and what a great sound they made together. He made the show much more than singing, he made the show something special, probably the nearest we will ever get to actually seeing the real thing, of which we never will !! His voice throughout the show was faultless and he made the songs his own, we all felt that he didn't go over the top with the imitation of Elvis he didn't need to. His voice was so near to the real thing it was eerie !! he had all the mannerisms and movements of Elvis and he looked fantastic in his leathers and white jumpsuit, with all those sexy moves a real threat for the girls !!
I would really appreciate it if you would show Gordon our email because he deserves to know what a fantastic show he put on, and what a really great guy he was at the end of the show to give us some time with him.

Just a note to let you and Gordon know that everyone who attended Vickie’s party last week is STILL talking about the wonderful show Gordon provided.  Everyone absolutely loved him (myself included!) and the show certainly made Vickie’s farewell party something for her (and us) to remember.

Hopefully we’ll see everyone at Bolton…………..we’re looking forward to it!!
